ORGANIC COTTON

100 percent Global Organic Textiles Standards (GOTS) certified organic cotton is used in our cut and sewn apparel made in the USA. Organic cotton is eco-friendly and grown naturally without pesticides or chemicals to protect the land and sea. Water based pigment dyes are used to add ocean and nature inspired colors to our clothing. These earth-friendlier dyes do not contain heavy metals or chemical mordants, have a better color absorption rate and conserves water by requiring less rinse water. Each piece of clothing is washed to give you a soft, vintage look and feel.

SUSTAINABLE

Bamboo is a very breathable, hypoallergenic and biodegradable material made from bamboo grass. This renewable resource¬† can grow three feet in one day. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial so no pesticides are used. Our bamboo clothing is made in Hawaii.

RECYCLED

Our 50/50 polyester and organic cotton blends are made in the USA from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. Five recycled plastic bottles (PET) are used to create each shirt. In addition, low impact dyes are used to add color to our clothing. These earth-friendlier dyes do not contain heavy metals or chemical mordants and have a better color absorption rate that requires less rinse water. Each piece of clothing is washed to give you a soft, vintage look and feel.

SCREENPRINTING

Organik clothing is made in the USA and Hawaii so it’s only natural to print our original designs in Hawaii. All artwork is printed by hand using water-based inks to give each eco-friendly clothing a one-of-a-kind look and vintage soft feel.
